 After working as an HR Consultant in San Diego for several years, and opening several restaurants, Kris had the opportunity to live in Vancouver during the build of a motor yacht, and then continued to work on motor yachts as a Chief Stewardess and Purser. Since moving to Summit County she has been a personal trainer, and worked in property management, 

After spending 5 years working as a commercial diver off the coast of western Australia, Shannon completed a degree in marine engineering and has since worked as a Chief Engineer on several Luxury motor yachts over the past 20 years.

Since moving to Summit county in 2020 Shannon has started a successful  property maintenance, plumbing, and mechanical contracting business.
